As a family run and forward-thinking business, Multi-lab have developed a strong reputation in the industry supplying quartz/ceramic solutions to aid global advancement in innovation. Our teamwork approach is dedicated to continuous improvements in production processes and implementation of cutting-edge technology. Through innovation, quality, and efficiency we can positively respond to our customer’s needs both now and in the future.

We initially only manufactured in-house, and it was evident to give a globally competitive price we needed to source quality assured global suppliers who would work with us under strict non-disclosure agreements. The supply of consistent, high-quality products to an international standard is of essence and this partnership gives a highly competitive price from R&D up to full production quantities in the worldwide marketplace.

New Beginnings

Multi-lab was founded in 1984 by now Group Chairman, Mr R B Jackman with his wife Audrey Jackman as Financial Director after being made redundant from a Global quartz supplier and fabricator.

A Family Team Expands

Paul Jackman now Group Managing Director, joined in 1986 and started his career as a cutter and glassblower.
Working up through the ranks he has seen through the team’s hard work and experience, increased market share and turnover year on year.
Full running of the company was handed over to Paul in January 2017.

Expanding Into New Areas

A new arm to the portfolio, Multi-Ceramic Technology (MCT) was formed in 2009 after numerous enquiries were received to supply technical ceramic products with our quartz wear which we already supplied.
